In our ten-module training, we start with the five Sixth Star Service modules as the foundation, and add proven retail sales techniques that deliver higher sales and a superior service experience.

The staff first learns the key to adding value to the customer’s purchase experience. They then learn and practice a three-step sales approach that will maximize every one of their sales opportunities. This approach is created specifically for today’s informed consumers.

3. Demonstrating customer priority with a greeting and more
4. Finding Sixth Star opportunities with every customer
5. Proactively taking actions to win customers, and scenario practice

8. Selling step two: Recommend
9. Selling step three: Nudge and Suggest
10. Scenario training in a store environment
